Tame Impala’s third album is titled Currents, and on it Parker addresses a blindingly colourful panorama of transition in the most audacious, adventurous fashion he’s yet to capture on record. The 13 track album, Currents was written, recorded, produced and mixed by Kevin Parker in Fremantle, West Australia. If added a bit of the fuzz to the mix then this would not be far off the recent effort by Unknown Mortal Orchestra.

It arrived in perfect condition, securely and thoughtfully packaged to ensure there was no damage during transit. In the edit page, go to the 'Metadata' tab and add your Juno artist, label or release page for listeners to purchase your release / releases. I bought the album, loved the same tracks that i heard on Jules Holland and wasn't too bothered by the rest. I am definitely a big fan now and so far not getting bored despite multiple plays over the last 2 months. Transitions in life, relationships, perspectives, mindsets Currents maps Parker’s evolution through these and finds him a brand new person.Yeah, is a surreal, funky, profane, and perversely joyous album, overflowing with casual eclecticism and giddy humour. It's a blend that re-casts the band as baked, inter-dimensional travellers with a neat line in enveloping, sun-kissed downtempo pop. There are some gems on this album: The Moment, Yes I'm Changing, Eventually, New Person, Same Old Mistakes (Rihanna covered this one).

Secondary copies sent out will be opened and inspected before being re-shipped to guarantee a non defective replacement. Currents, their fourth album, continues this trend, toning down some of the psychedelic rock elements in favour of nods to blue-eyed soul, woozy dream-pop, cheery summery pop (see the radio hit in waiting "The Less I Know The Better"), and even the head-nodding rhythms of hip hop (which, incidentally, prove the perfect backing for the morphine pop wooziness of "Past Life").I have some favorite songs like "The moment" and "Reality in motion", but the whole album sounds like experiment, which is great, I like experiments, but some unreleased songs I heard. I was suitably impressed with their 2016 Glastonbury appearance - exciting performance, confetti, lights and a rainbow thrown in for good measure!

The recording is on 180gm vinyl and whether or not it improves sound quality the product feels a lot more durable than some of LP's that I bought in the past, especially in the 80's when most seemed to be on cheapy 'floppy' vinyl.Finance is provided by PayPal Credit (a trading name of PayPal UK Ltd, Whittaker House, Whittaker Avenue, Richmond-Upon-Thames, Surrey, United Kingdom, TW9 1EH). A genre bending soundscape fuelled equally by curiosity as it is consciousness, it’s exhilarating new territory for Tame Impala.
