While Corsair provides us with no fan specifications, a quick trip to the product page shows us they top out at 1500 RPM. With 160 RGB LEDs integrated into the front, roof, and floor panels, plus 48 individually addressable LEDs in the included fans*, you’ll never experience a dull moment as you immerse yourself in amazing multi-zone lighting. A spacious interior fits up to 10x 120mm or 4x 140mm cooling fa A few fixes here and there, and Corsair would have a stellar product, but as it sits, there is way too much invested in obtaining this chassis to overlook so many things.

As we move back to the front of the iCUE 5000T RGB, we stuck a finger in at the top of the mesh, and hooking the top, can remove it by gently pulling, then lifting it from a pair of tabs at the bottom for removal when cleaning or changing fans. The chassis components are made from steel, plastic, tempered glass, and even some rubber bits here and there. Tearing the chassis down this far in the front did make us realize how much easier the chassis will be to work with, and then when near completion, we reinstall this portion of the chassis. We know all about the 5000D and it was immediately apparent the 5000T uses the same core chassis with the addition of a huge amount of ARGB lighting. We ship all products in unopened boxes directly as received from our manufacturer in brand new and in perfect condition.

For lovers of water cooling, the Corsair iCUE 5000T also offers numerous possibilities to install radiators. The chassis in question is the iCUE 5000T RGB from Corsair, and this is not just any mid-tower design; it is the first chassis in our hands billed as a Smart Chassis. Then again, there is the mess with the CPU cooler access hole too, where you either have to make sure not to wire anything permanently, or you will need to pull the motherboard to change coolers.

There is plenty of space above and towards the front of the board, with the two large routing holes in the shroud also nicely lining up with the connectors on the motherboard's bottom edge. There are also four RGB strips along the top and bottom edge of the case on the outside, in addition to two more that glow out from the edges of the front panel. In fact, it almost seems like the designers looked at both the 5000X and 5000D, took the best design features, and combined them to come up with the 5000T. You’ll need to look toward a full-tower for 480mm radiator support, but that’s not unusual for a mid-tower case.

As part of our RGB series of gaming PCs this unit comes with a fully controllable RGB lighting system which allows you to change the colour of your fans and LED strips with nearly infinite variations, all from the convenience of a remote control unit. Whether you’re a casual or a hard-core gamer, Norton 360 for Gamers provides multiple layers of protection for your devices, game accounts, and digital assets. This is where we place the caveat that most users will have automatic fan control enabled, and thus won’t ever reach full fan speeds. Includes three CORSAIR LL120 RGB fans with 16 individually addressable RGB LEDs per fan, controllable via PWM from 600 - 1,500 RPM, for powerful airflow and high-impact lighting. To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average.Whether you love it or hate it, RGB and PC hardware have been intertwined for years now, feeding off each other, and increasing sales in the process. It is there to remind you not to use the opening to carry the chassis, as the weight of the case itself will allow the locks to release, spilling the case and contents on the floor. Corsair’s iCUE 5000T RGB includes enough advanced cooling, connectivity, and stylistic features that many high-end builders will be willing to overlook its inclusion of one flimsy side panel. inch drive sleds behind the motherboard tray and room to fit two more within the hard drive cage (if you aren’t installing bigger 3.

There are removable covers in the expansion slots; they all use thumbscrews, and the back of the chassis is well ventilated, but where is the exhaust fan? Continuing down the line, we run into seven horizontal expansion slots and covers, with an extra pair closer to the glass to support vertical GPU mounting. You can adjust them via adding a preset or using the dropdown menus in the smaller windows to the right. We then see warranty and company info along with a sticker noting the model and serial numbers, while the second covers the color of the case, the material used for the side panel, and that it is RGB.A cookie set by YouTube to measure bandwidth that determines whether the user gets the new or old player interface. Looking dead into the face of the iCUE 5000T RGB, we find that the center of the bezel is wide open with its black mesh insert made up of tiny triangles, where they placed the only external logo or name found outside of the chassis, done with the metal Corsair logo near the bottom.
